Enjoy a beautifully smooth cup of Brazilian speciality coffee while supporting more
A true customer favourite, the 1839 Blend is a rich, smooth Brazilian coffee with a story behind every cup.
Named after the legendary 'Night of the Big Wind' in 1839, when a storm is said to have blown away the barn that once stood where the Lost Barn Coffee roastery now operates, this signature blend has become a best seller thanks to its wonderfully balanced flavour and everyday drinkability.
Crafted using Brazilian beans sourced directly from Fazenda São Lucas and complemented by carefully selected coffees from across Brazil, this medium to dark roast delivers a velvety, full-bodied cup with indulgent notes of cocoa and caramel.
Whether brewed as an espresso or in a cafetière, the 1839 Blend produces a smooth, satisfying coffee that's equally enjoyable black or with milk.
Packaged with sustainability in mind, the coffee bags inside the box are made without the traditional foil lining or plastic valve, making them easier to recycle or compost at home than standard coffee packaging.
A delicious everyday coffee that combines exceptional flavour with a more thoughtful approach to packaging.
Please note: We can grind your coffee fresh before dispatch. To do this, we'll need to open the sealed bag and securely tape it closed again for postage.
If you'd like us to grind your coffee, please add a note in the Order Notes at checkout and let us know whether you would like a coarse, medium, or fine grind.
