Returns Policy

We hope you love everything you receive from us,
but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from
the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
Returned with all original packaging
Free from damage or signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept
returns on personal care products if they have been opened or used, unless
faulty.

How to Return

Email us at Hello@RefillYourBoots.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
We’ll provide you with return instructions
Send your item back to us using a tracked service (we
recommend keeping proof of postage)

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs
unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll
process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange, just let us know
when you contact us. We’ll do our best to arrange this for you, subject to
stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you
expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
if possible. We’ll make it right as quickly as we can.

A Gentle Note

We carefully choose products that are made to
last and tread lightly on the planet. Returning items does have an
environmental impact, so if you’re unsure about a product, we’re always happy
to help you choose before you buy.
