Delivery & Shipping
Click & Collect
Purchases from our online store can be collected free of charge from our shop in Whitchurch, Shropshire. Goods for
in-store pick-up are usually ready within a
couple of hours. Simply select local collection at checkout and
pop in when it suits you.
Standard Delivery
Orders being sent further afield are shipped using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked, with prices starting from £3.75. This allows you to keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.
Frenchic Paint Orders
Frenchic products are shipped using a specialist liquids delivery service, which costs £5.50. These orders are dispatched twice weekly and can be expected to arrive within 4 working days.
Dispatch Timings
We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday using Royal Mail’s 48-hour service. Orders are usually shipped the same day, though occasionally they may be dispatched the
following morning.
Paints are sent using a specialist liquids service and follow the timings outlined above.
Eco Delivery Note
To help reduce waste, we reuse
packaging from our own deliveries wherever possible. Your
parcel may not look perfect, but everything inside will be packed with care.
It’s just one small way we try to use what we already have and keep unnecessary
packaging out of landfill.
