How to use
Bath:
- For relaxation and general wellbeing, add 100–250g to a warm bath and soak for around 20 minutes.
- For dry or itchy skin, such as eczema or psoriasis, add 500–1000g to a warm bath and relax.
Foot bath:
Add 100–250g to a bowl or foot bath, soak for 20 minutes, then rinse.
